What Would Jesus Deadlift?



Today we work on seeking the answer to a deep question using the strength of our hammies and glutes to raise the barbell a little closer to heaven. The deadlift always results in impressive-sounding numbers when maxing out, so get pumped to brag to your "I've got a case of the Mondays" colleagues and friends.
