It's time for our Downtown Holiday Stroll WOD-a-THON! Everyone coming into the box today will have a chance to do the same WOD whether you signed up to join us during our open house or not. Get into the spirit of the season with Curtis P!
WOD:
1) Choose 2 challenges from the white board and try to set a new personal record.
Then,
2) 15 min AMRAP of:
5 Curtis Ps (65#/45#)
10 KB swings (53#/35#)
15 air squats
