Today we're maxing on back squat. Three things to keep in mind: 1) Get LOW. Think "ass to grass". If you don't think you're low enough, go lower. 2) Chest up! Find a spot on the wall and keep your chest pointed toward it. 3) Push your knees out, particularly at the bottom of the squat. This will help you push the bar back up.
WOD:
1RM back squat, then 3-3-3-3-3 @80% 1 RM
