Today we're doing the CrossFit Games WOD from last week, 12.3. Jacob says, "Just be glad it's not WOD 12.4." The CrossFit Games Open is still in full swing, with competitors moving up the leader board on WOD at a time. Chicago is hosting Regionals in May, so stay tuned in to all the action and get inspired by the athletes' stories!
