Not so zoomy now, Zoom Zoom, with a 60 lb sandbag on ya!
Reminder: We are closed after 9:30 AM this morning and all day tomorrow.

Unlike the photo above, Beth "Zoom Zoom" Dessner is usually zipping around town providing physical therapy services and kickin' butt at CrossFit. If you want some of her energy, just ask Elly's Tea & Coffee Shop for the "Zoom Zoom" special. They'll know what you mean: triple shot nonfat vanilla latte.

We've got two WOD choices today. One for the early crew that can make it to one of the 5:30, 6:30, 7:30, or 8:30 AM classes, and one for you folks that won't be available until after the morning block of classes. For the At-Home WOD, remember we can see you no matter where we are and we can feel when a squat has been cheated of it's full depth! That's our special party trick.
