The June Newsletter is coming out tomorrow, and in it we name the Warrior of the Month, the book club selection, upcoming events, and the June Fitness Challenge. Here is a head's up on June's Challenge because it requires one small equipment purchase: a pedometer. Get one. They are relatively inexpensive and you can get a decent one from any pharmacy, Target, or Wal-Mart. A yet-to-be named prize is in it for the winner at month's end. Get on this bus, kids!
Now, let's look at that picture caption again. Can you even tell which lift that is supposed to be? If yes, what in the heck is going on there? Leave your answers in the comments to this post.
