It is Wednesday. The best day of the week! Get ready for some overhead squat action today. Really push to get yourself lower than ever. Work on pulling those shoulderblades together and pressing those shoulders UP into your ears. Because it is an AMRAP today, it is a great day to practice perfecting your form. Don't worry about how many rounds you fit in. Focus on quality reps. If you practice crap, you beget more crap. So let's cut the crap. Yeah, you heard me. Love you, mean it!
