30-Day Paleo Challenge v.3.0: Week 3 Standings |
Number 1: I adjusted Chad and Jennifer Littleton's Week 2 scores because I'm a dingbat that couldn't figure out Google Docs (and I created the damn thing). I blame the baby.
Number 2: This has been our best challenge so far! I love every participant's commitment, enthusiasm, and weekly consistency. With that said, it should be a snap to make this week your best week, points-wise, with everything you learned over the past month! At this point, at the top of the standings, it still is anyone's game. Stay strong!
In other news, I am still working through the process of getting our online t-shirt/schwag shop set up through Spreadshirt.com. This online shop will not only allow us to order in bulk for our box, it will also allow YOU to order t-shirts and sweatshirts at any time in any quantity you need them! So hold tight. I promise it will be worth it :)
On to the WOD: Think about those medicine ball cleans we did last week when doing your squat cleans today. Jump the bar up with your elbows LOCKED and STRAIGHT until your ready to pop a squat under the bar. For more tips on squat cleans, see previous posts and links here, here, here, or here.
