Strength:

2 Push Press @ 80% 1 RM
2 explosive clapping pushups
Banded pass-thrus between rounds (i.e., instead of a PVC, use a pullup band)

Every Minute on the Minute (EMOTM) for 15 minutes:
3 power cleans (115/65)
3 push press (115/65)
3 box jumps (24"/20")
