We must apologize...deeply. Due to an inaccurate iPhone app (God rest your soul, Steve Jobs), we have been under-running our 400 and 800 m loops through the back alley. We've been running only 0.19 miles when we go once around the alley-loop. The new (correct) 400 m loop is a complete lap around the block (past city hall and down E 3rd St), which makes our 800 m loop two complete laps around the block. Trust us, we're sad and disappointed, too :( The new loop has been verified using the handy gmap-pedometer. We can further perfect our agility by dodging the foot traffic on even more of the sidewalks.

I am sad...no question. I suspected it but didn't want it to be true as I simply was hoping I was getting wicked fast in my 37th year....
