What a bunch of dips.

Strength day! We continue our quest toward virtuosity on the barbell and kettlebells. We're working our whole body today - starting with our legs, then onto our chest and arms, and as always we're using our core through all the movements to stabilize the weight and our body position. Washboard abs aren't the result of just crunches, sit-ups, and other isolation ab exercises. Everything we do here at WCFM requires a tight core to increase efficiency and stabilize each movement.

Review the movements used in this WOD by clicking on the links below. Good technique = more power. Power up, Warriors! And as always, keep working on your mobility before and after WODs to improve your range of motion and your positioning during WODs.

WOD
"Floor Press Linda"
