Rest Day Potpourri
Hi All, we hope you're getting outside and enjoying this incredible fall weather! After several years in Florida, we are certainly loving a return to cool nights, clear sunny days, and all the tasty accessories that come with the change in seasons, including cider, apples, and pumpkins. Speaking of pumpkins, we're planning a special Halloween WOD event on the evening of October 31. More details to come, but plan on bringing a dish to share, wearing a costume, and of course torching the Halloween-themed WOD. We hope many of you can participate and help Jacob celebrate his favorite holiday of the year!
Additionally, we urge you to tool around our website. Our calendar page is powered by Google, so you can upload it and/or add it to your own calendar to keep up with the goings-on here at WCFM. Further, we added our Twitter/Facebook feed to the bottom of our main page, right above the link to CrossFit Journal. We plan on making more frequent updates with tips, tidbits, and other useful information.
Last, next month we'll be helping out with and participating in the Wildcat Den 50K. More details available here, on the flyers on our sign-in desk at the box, or from Larry Sandhaas at qcrunner.blogspot.com. As we continue growing in membership, we hope to host more team WODs and special events. Feel free to make suggestions!

The use of crossfit shoes can make one understand better the benefits of crossfit shoes .Crossfit shoes are durable,flexible,comfortable and gripped as a crossfitter do need. A best shoe which is not specialized for crossfit can't beat the effectiveness of crossfit shoe.
