Beautiful day out at the Den on Sunday for a trail run! Props to Larry and Danelle for organizing such a fun event. It was great to see some WCFM athletes out on the course running at least one loop, if not two.
Today we're focusing on our core strength, agility, speed, and balance. The explosive and technical hang snatch is back, which requires all four elements plus mental focus. It's gonna be a great day back in the box, especially if you ate as much as we did this weekend!
