Great work yesterday, our lil' spider monkeys! We had more people try the rope ascents and succeed than ever. We'll be scaling walls and buildings in no time (*wink wink*).
It's baseline Thursday where we're going to get a handle in some lifts. We're aiming for as heavy as possible without sacrificing form. This is a good day to use some of that pre-class time to roll out, stretch out, and iron out any crunchy areas like shoulders, back, and hips. Full range of motion will boost your technique so you can focus on moving that barbell off the ground.
