Happy Thanksgiving! Sarah and I are most certainly thankful for the dedicated athletes and efforts we have seen in the short time we have called Muscatine home. From cops to doctors, meatheads to ultra runners, sandbag getup machines to chalk whores, we have seen exponential gains across the board. Faster. Stronger. Nothing without effort.
