Holy moly, 2011 is winding down and we're just gearing up! Today we max out on the good ol' deadlift and as always, it is all about good positioning. In your set up, keep those shoulders just forward of the bar (which is touching your shins), keep that booty DOWN, and that back FLAT. Don't even think about pulling that bar up with your arms because it is all about driving down through the heels and using the back of your legs. You got this, Warriors!!

WOD:
1RM deadlift
3-3-3-3-3 deadlift@80% 1RM
Then, Tabata of:
Row
Frankensteins (PVC)
Situps
Barbell complex Lite* (45#)

*1 barbell complex lite = 2 deadlift, 2 bent over row, 2 hang clean, 2 front squat, 2 push press, 2 back squat, 2 pushups
