We's gots some STRONG athletes all up in here! We saw some jumps in weight, just within a week. Way to go with the teamwork, too!
Next week is Turkey Day, so kick up the metabolism over the next few days. We're going to work on kipping pullups and watch some challenge records fall today. Get limbered up, athletes. The weekend is almost here!
