Warriors, January is nearly upon us! That means only one more month until our Paleo food challenge, and only a few more days until our Elements classes begin on Tuesday, January 3, 2012. This is an opportunity for current members to work on technique for our common lifts, and perfect opportunity to lure friends and family into the CrossFit fold. I mean, remember those Warrior Bucks - $15 for each person you refer that signs up. Go grab your gym buddy so they can be part of the fun!

WOD:
1 RM deadlift
Then, 20 min AMRAP of:
6 deadlift (225/155)
6 broad jump
6 sandbag getup (60/40)
