Today we're incorporating some skillwork into the WOD. Get ready to flick those wrists and get strict before some burpee magic and overhead squats. It's Friday and 2011 is almost out of business, but it's just another WOD at the box!!

Pyramid strict pullups (1-2-3-4-5-6-5-4-3-2-1)
Then, 15 min AMRAP of:
30 bar-facing burpees
30 OHS (95/65)
