Hey you guys! Remember that this Saturday from 9-11 AM, we are hosting a free injury screening clinic with fellow Warrior and physical therapist Beth Dessner of Eastern Iowa Physical Therapy. Screenings are free for WCFM members. Be sure to take advantage of this great resource! Beth can help you find ways to diminish nagging injuries and improve range of motion, which of course, could help you get that PR, doubleunder, or muscle up!

Today, we're maxing out on cleans. We say it often, and we can never say it enough, your set-up for this movement is the key. Flat back, butt down, chest up, then explode - using your shoulders to shrug the bar up. Review these posts for more tips on improving your clean. Olympic lifts are yet another way to improve coordination and overall mental cognition. It's the mind-body connection, Warriors!

WOD:
