Let's get ourselves in the happy hour mood with 4 rounds of fun! It's like adult recess today with jump ropes, rope climbs, and moving heavy things. All of these boost our overall strength, coordination, and endurance. We all need more of that shizz to help us through the everyday, whether we climb stairs, stand up, or chase homicidal maniacs down the street. I mean, who doesn't want to do handstands before a wedding reception (Exhibit A, below)? Get pumped, kids, recess is ON!!
