On February 1, we're starting a 30-day Paleo diet food challenge. Start your pre-game research by checking out The Whole30 on our resources page (link is at the top, under our logo). This is a great challenge for becoming aware of where you're making less than healthy choices and how often you're actually making those choices. We'll be releasing more details and resources as we get closer to Feb. 1st.
Today the sandbags are back and we're taking them for a little walk. We also have another chance to write down some PRs in our binders by maxing out on push press. It's a cold Friday, folks, let's get hot!
