The front squat returns and we will make you get comfortable with that front rack position! Then it's onto the WOD. Remember, our Elements I class begins today at 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM. We will not be doing the day's WOD during our Elements classes.
WOD
1 RM front squat, then 1 rep at 65% 1 RM every 10 seconds for a total of 20 reps.
