Today it's back to basics. Squats, pushups, and running. Low squats are the best squats and chest to floor pushups are the best ones too. Shallow pushups will not get the gun show ready for summer - or Spring Break. Both are closer than you think. And shallow squats won't do jack for you if you have the mobility to GET LOW. Every rep is a chance to get better, so make 'em count!!

That would'a been a lot cooler without the OHS & half the pushups! But I'm sure the pain in my shoulders will look good in a few months :)
