***Paleo Challenge Week 3 Starts Today!***

Week 2 results are posted below. It looks as if we had some attrition of official contenders because we have fewer names on the leader board. Trust me, you can still win the war...of nutrition. We hope all of you are in it for more than the points, whether it's cutting out sugar, limiting your trips to Taco Bell, or learning to shop the perimeter of the grocery store.

We've got a hero WOD today and it's meant to be heavy. HEAVY. Which means: focus on technique to help you move the weight. We want all of our athletes to get cozy with moving barbells. We want you making progress on your lift technique. This is how we get stronger and faster. The barbells are not going anywhere because this not boot camp. It's not even "extreme" boot camp. It's CrossFit, m'effers. Get comfortable with the suck.
