Well, folks, we are getting to the tail end of the challenge. We seem to have lost some more participants at the end of this last week. Only 9 more days until the end, and Week 4 starts today. We hope everyone is learning something new about eating more healthfully!

Every member athlete is invited to Connie's this Sunday for some yummy Paleo fare. Details are on our Google Calendar, on our Facebook events page, and on the front bulletin board at the gym. Please RSVP by the end of this week. We would love to see you there!!

Today is another strength day. We're working on the floor press, which is similar to the bench press. We finish up with good ol Curtis P!
