Today is FAT Tuesday and it's a time to party and gorge before the season of austerity, known in the Catholic Church as Lent. In current times, it is also known as a "recession" or "economic downturn". You may have heard about that decade-long season...Anyway, back to Paleo - that world of healthy fats, lean meats, fresh veggies, and fruit. You can still have your gumbo and eat it too! Have yourself a craw boil and slather those suckers in ghee or clarified butter. Type in "Paleo mardi gras" into Google for Paleo-friendly Creole/Cajun dishes to help you celebrate. And maybe you're willing to take the hit in points for a bottle or two of Abita. Maybe. Sorry, I couldn't find a recipe for Whole30-approved King cake. not one worth eating anyway...
After Strength Monday, we have gymnastic Tuesday. Not a high technique day, so get busy doing your best to get full range of motion each round.
