The 30-Day Paleo Challenge is winding down, y'all! We hope you're still truckin' and sticking with it. Scoresheets for Week 3 are due tomorrow evening by 6:30 PM.
More and more we're going to combine our stretching/mobility work with our warm-up and our strength work. Hopefully this will lead to gains in range of motion for everyone and the stretches will seem less perfunctory.
Today is a strength day. We continue trying to get everyone comfortable with working up to a one rep max like it ain't no thang but a chicken wing. The squat clean returns for getting the barbell up from the ground; however we're more concerned with the press overhead. As always, focus on using those abs to stabilize you during the push overhead. Tight core = more drive. You're all more than capable of doing well at all of these movements, so get to work and let's make some progress!
