Oh Warriors, we don't realize how much we depend on technology until it fails us. This morning was the perfect example. Our alarm clock failed to wake us up on time and we missed the 5:30 AM class. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We pray nothing like this happens again because it makes us (and likely you) VERY cranky.
And if you know anyone in search of a reliable automobile, we have one for sale. Just sayin.
Today's WOD we meet with Jackie over and over again. That means meeting more thrusters. No getting out of those this week!! Coil up tight by getting low in those squats, then spring up by exploding through those hips. A thruster is NOT a push press. It is a full front squat into a press. The hips generate the thrust that makes the bar float overhead. The shoulders and arms just stabilize the bar. Forget the clock and rock your form today. For serious.
