That's a whole lotta "Cindy" going on!
Well, gang, if you survived yesterday you have not only a glimpse of how sweaty summer will be, you also have minds of solid steel. Way to just get through it -- that was a bruiser. Ashley and Michael took top honors for finish times with women's and men's prescribed weights, and everyone has bragging rights for finishing.
Today we work on our deadlift. Really use those hamstrings and glutes. Feel it in the butt and the back of the legs, especially on the way down. During "Elizabeth" we're cleaning - doesn't matter whether it is a power clean (catching the bar up high) or a squat clean (catching the bar down low) - and the most important thing you can remember is this:
