For all those with nagging aches, pains, and lingering injuries: 
come see PT Beth Dessner tomorrow, Saturday, April 14, starting at 9 AM. 
Beth is providing free injury screenings during which she'll run some diagnostics, then recommend a course of action. This is a great way to improve your range of motion and pinpoint what is really holding you back in the gym!

Oh buddy. It's Friday the 13th and it is time. to. get. FILTHY. Freddie Krueger will have nothing on you after today. It's a chipper and there's no way out but through the filth. Start where you like and like where you start. My one recommendation: get your least favorite movement out of the way first and the rest will seem like cake (-ish).
