Monday 04.09.12

We're back! Well, Jacob is back. Sarah returns (hopefully) by Wednesday. San Diego always treats a visitor well and the parental units were delighted to see all the offspring. We even found time to fit in a beach WOD (see pic below). We hope your weekend was just as fun.

Today we're workin our deadlift. Remember, if you feel strain in your lower back on any part of the lift, you're doing something wrong. Focus on pulling those shoulders back throughout the lift and lowering the bar with your butt and legs. You GOT this.

100 air squats
