Today's WOD will be nothing like Monday's grind fest. As Rachel said, there simply were "no words" to describe it. You just had to make it through. Today we're working on our L-sits with some practice. This is the ultimate core test. Strong core = strong body. We're also doing an upper body strength piece today with floor presses, and we're finishing with a 15 minute AMRAP that incorporates snatches. It's a great day to practice technique and range of motion, kids. As Tim Gunn would say, "make it work."

WOD
Skill: L-Sit
2 minutes (total) of L-sits
Between sets of L-sits:
4 KB slasher-to-halo
5 Good mornings
--
Strength:
5 Rounds
4 as heavy as possible (AHAP) KB floor press each arm
4 clapping pushups
20 sec rest
--
15 minute AMRAP:
10 hang snatch
10 over-the-bar burpees
