It is time to Spring Clean in Muscatine, Warriors! Everyone's cast offs are out on the curb tonight, and the pick up trucks are out in full force. This has me thinking (OH DEAR)...what old habits can we all clean right out of our daily lives? Are there bad habits we have in the gym that we can clear out? What about outside of the gym? It's not just our basements and attics that accumulate crap - it's our physical, emotional, and spiritual wells that do as well. Thoughts to ponder while you work your way through today's WOD.

5 kipping pullups
10 pushups
15 air squats
elevated pigeon pose

20 min AMRAP
10 ring dips
10 weighed situps (45#/25# plates)

50 chest-to-ground pushups
50 knees-to-elbow
