Thursday is the first day that everyone that came in to do sandbag getups did them at the prescribed weight! To that I say: Congrats! That is what we like to call PROGRESS. And double to congrats to Sara S., who conquered the box jump!!
Today's WOD left an indelible mark on me early last year when I did it for the first time. It was a humid day in FL, much like here in Muscatine these days with the "unstable weather" we are having. Chalk up those hands, and tape them if you must, it might get slippery on the pullup bar. This is definitely a day to chop, chop, chop away until all the reps are through.
