Friday 05.25.12


I'm little distracted writing this post because my dinner smells amazing! Its grilled sirloin with caramelized onions and blue cheese plus roasted asparagus. Mostly Paleo...except for the delicious cheese. Sometimes, you just gotta spice up life.

Today ol' Curtis P is back in town and he's asking you to get down low in your SQUAT. And seriously? When is a squat ever NOT low? Riddle me that.
