As a result of Jacob's absence, we will be down to one coach. Because Sarah will be running the fire department WODs on select days, the following class times are cancelled on the following dates:
7:30 AND 8:30 AM, Monday, 06/18
8:00 AM, Saturday, 06/23
7:30 AND 8:30 AM, Tuesday, 06/26
7:30 AND 8:30 AM, Wednesday, 06/27
Additionally, weather permitting this Saturday we'll be rockin' WODs from 8 AM to 12 PM down on the waterfront by the basketball courts at Riverfront Park (follow signs for Pearl City Station). If thunder- and lightning storms beckon, we'll be in the box. WODs will be open to the public and they will be the ultimate choose-yer-own WODs. True to CrossFit, you will need to expect the unexpected!
Until then, the following is your assignment for today. The Big 24 is BACK to end our 3-week run with this untimed, technique-fueled WOD.

8 rounds of 3 hang snatch + overhead squat (95/65)
8 rounds of 3 power clean + push press (135/95)
8 rounds of 3 squat cleans (135/95)
