Weather permitting, all WODs are are outside at Riverfront Park down by the basketball courts/Pearl City Station. 
In the event of thunder, lightning, or torrential downpours, we will be in the box as usual.
All WODs are free and open to the public.
Please come prepared with iPod/MP3 player, sunscreen, a towel, and water.

First: please submit pedometer days by 11:59 PM tonight. Second, I am SO excited by the concept for today's WODs. Saturday is always a fun day because it is the day on which you get to choose your own WOD. Things are getting spiced up today in terms of choices. Everyone will be doing 5 rounds of 3 exercises. What it is unknown is which 3 exercises and the number of reps. You won't know that until you pull them out of a hat! One hat is for reps, and the other is for exercises. You will alternate drawing from each hat until you have your 5 round WOD composed. There will be kettlebell movements in addition to bodyweight movements from which to choose. There will be no fewer than 20 reps and no more than 50 reps of each movement. CrossFit is a general preparedness fitness program with the goal of making the athlete ready for anything. Hopefully today you are expecting the unexpected!
