Saturday's outdoor WODs were so. much. FUN! No one had the same WOD, and everyone shared some pain (in a good, fun way!). Fortunately, we had a steady breeze. Additionally, I snagged the small picnic shelter, so we had some shade. I'll watch the weather and maybe we'll do it again this coming weekend. Keep your eyes peeled.

Today, it's pretty straightforward. We'll practice our kipping technique during the warmup, then we'll hammer out some sandbag getups before finishing out the session with some ring pushups. Rings always add an extra layer of difficulty for any movement because it requires us to really use our core to stabilize the movement. So lock in and go at it - striving for full range of motion each time. We don't care if you only get one (1) solid ring pushup each round of the ten minutes. For serious. We want QUALITY over QUANTITY. Every. time. Focus on making the reps count by lowering your chest low into the rings and getting full extension of the arms up top. Cut the crap and practice quality. You CAN do this.
