It's a new week, Warriors, which means it's time to practice virtuosity in movement. Virtuosity is doing something common, uncommonly well. Let's work on that, shall we? We've got one minute at each station to practice virtuosity - with ankles-to-bar, deadlift, pushups, handstands, and rowing. Let's not cheat the movement in order to rack up more reps. Let's utilize our one minute at each station to practice perfection. Because if we only practice cheated reps, then we only beget more cheated reps in the future. Push your range of motion, even it if means you get only one quality rep in one minute. We'll all be stronger for the effort.
