Saturday Funday! Choose yer WOD. When it comes to choosing your own WOD, my advice to myself and to others is always: choose what you hate. You'll never get better at the things you never practice. Saturday is a perfect day to practice your goats -- doubleunders, pullups, or particular lifts. Saturdays are always more relaxed, so take your time and make each rep as pretty as can be.

Add "Annie" to any of the choices below.

Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 air squats
