 Emily likes to stay hydrated while she works out by keeping her CamelBak Pak on. Now THAT'S functional fitness!

Tonight, Jacob and fellow warrior Doug Dawson will be running the Bix at 6 in Davenport. Join in the fun and get your legs ready for the real thing on July 28 (or enjoy a crowd-free run on the course).

Hey oh, Warriors! It's nearing the end of the month and you know what THAT means...I'm working on the July Newsletter! We've got lots of news coming up, particularly regarding the WOD schedule, so keep your eyes peeled. We'll be emailing and posting a link to it next week.

Today's WOD is a little like "Choose Your Own Adventure" where YOU get to choose how you want to accumulate points. For every snatch, you earn 10 points; for every thruster, you earn 5 points, etc. Decide how you want to accumulate the most points during the 20 minutes. Weights remain the same for all lifts.

WOD
20 min AMRAP
Weights = 115/75
Snatch = 10 points
Thruster = 5 points
Ground-to-Overhead = 4 points
Squat Clean = 3 points
Deadlift = 1 point
