Today Coach Sarah and Warrior Beth are off on a road trip for a one-day seminar with Kelly Starrett of MobilityWOD.com. If you do not know what Mobility WOD is, then you are missing out on some GREAT stuff for improving your range of motion and maintaining your health. If you don't go check it out today, you can be sure Coach Sarah will be coming back to the box with some new ideas. In the meantime, review this past post on the importance of mobility. Be a leopard!

Bring a friend because today we've got a partner WOD for you! Be sure to communicate where you leave off in the rep scheme when you tag your partner out to complete your 50 m sandbag drag.

WOD
While one partner does a 50 m sandbag drag (80#) 
the other works to complete the following:
100 KB swings (53/35)
100 air squats
100 situps
100 pullups
