Today we're strippin' it back to basics. Working on some strict pullups and some strict pushups. Bodyweight can sometimes be the worst weight. With the pullups, we're doing weighted ones today, unless you do not have at least one strict pullup. With pushups, we're looking for you to touch your chest to a plate on each and every rep. Close enough won't cut it today (or any day for that matter).

Warm Up:

5 pistols (each leg)
10 good mornings
10 shoulder pass thrus

Strength:
8 Rounds
3 weighted pullups (as heavy as possible)

5 deadlift (135/95), Run 250 m, 20 chest to weight pushups
10 deadlift (135/95), Run 250 m, 15 chest to weight pushups
15 deadlift (135/95), Run 250 m, 10 chest to weight pushups
20 deadlift (135/95), Run 250 m, 5 chest to weight pushups
15 deadlift (135/95), Run 250 m, 10 chest to weight pushups
10 deadlift (135/95), Run 250 m, 15 chest to weight pushups
5 deadlift (135/95), Run 250 m, 20 chest to weight pushups
