This WOD is in "full swing". Ba dum dum.
IDK if you heard the news in our newsletter, but we have some pretty awesome shit going on at WCFM this month. Most notably, we're looking for one lucky male and one lucky female, both of whom are 50 pounds or more overweight, that are looking for FREE one-on-one training to lose weight and change their lives in 2013. What better way to face those New Year's resolutions than with the guidance and expertise we provide here at WCFM?

We're looking for motivated individuals to apply. The only price to pay: total dedication and commitment for 14 weeks. The application deadline is DECEMBER 31, 2012. More details are available on our "Change Your Life" page here.

If you know someone who is ready to make a change, but just needs a helping hand getting started, please encourage them to apply! Additionally, please help us spread the word in order to get as many applicants as possible. Jacob and I are so excited for this opportunity and we're looking forward to selecting and announcing our winners.
