It's a new week, kids and time to get serious about your deadlift. Some would say there is no more important lift than the deadlift. Nothing says lovin' like big strong booty muscles. Because your hamstrings and your glutes are among your biggest muscles, the strength gains from deadlift translate to so many other movements - from cleans to snatch, box jumps to sandbag getups. So get in there and do it right!

3-6-9-6-3 deadlift @ 70%
