Here's something that looks new and different from the usual obstacle course race:
Alpha Warrior. The nearest events are in Cincinnati and Indianapolis in July and August, respectively. This might be a good way to ready for the
Tough Mudder in St. Louis in September. Of course, one or both might be great goals to put on your goal sheet for the year!
