Well, welcome to 2013, Warrior Nation! We hope you ushered 2012 out in style, just like the brave Warriors who did 12 months worth of exercises in one night at our special 10:30 PM New Year's Eve WOD. Some of those poor souls even did the regular WOD earlier in the day. We hope you got up and stretched while watching those bowl games all day!!

Decide what you want to achieve in your Paleo Challenge and go after it. It's only 30 days. Regardless, you will learn a lot about food and nutrition 
and come out the other end with some new eating habits!

WOD
For time:
50 burpees
50 pullups
-- Rest 5 minutes --
EMOTM for 9 minutes:
5 thrusters (95/65)
After each successful minute, add 10 lbs.
