2) Take a picture of it and email it or text it to us.
3) Drop it off in our mailbox.
Late scoresheets will not be accepted.

So, you might remember yesterday's rant on mobilizing your front rack position. It's still no joke. Your wrists won't feel better if you continue doing NOTHING about wrist flexibility. Same with your thoracic (upper torso) tightness. Improving your thoracic flexibility and mobility will lead to improved posture, as well as better pullups, handstands, and front squats. As Pocohontas would say, its all connected in a circle, in a hoop that never ends.

20 consecutive front squats @ 60% 1 RM 
(+ 5 lbs if last attempt was successful)

- pistols (alternate legs each round)
- doubleunders

100 KB thrusters (as heavy as possible)
At the top of each minute perform 4 toes-to-bar
