ATTENTION:
Use these next couple of weeks to work on using competition prescribed weights for deadlift, cleans, and overhead lifts and on hitting your competition points of performance:
- full depth squats (i.e., hip crease is below the back of the knee, a.k.a. ass to grass)
- full lockout position overhead (straight arms, straight elbows, with biceps covering ears; a.k.a. "punch your head through")
YOU DO NOT WANT A "NO REP"!!

Come to think of it, the above PSA applies to EVERY Warrior. Don't practice crap movement. It leads to injury and inefficiency. It also tends to lead to a lot of whining and well, who likes that?
